Virtual Photographer = which settings?

I keep seeing VP mentioned, and I have it - I guess I don't know what to do with it!

What are your favorite settings for it??

I love the Ambiance filter as well as the Reminiscing as well as the Dreamy, etc. I just click on the various ones until I find one that fits the mood, or improves my picture. The funky color ones are not usually used but I did use the shoebox one for a LO that turned out pretty cool (see my gallery- Bamas Shoes). A lot of the time I will convert my pic to B&W first, and then use VP on it with the color options. Oh and don't forget you can duplicate your picture layer, filter it, then reduce the opacity of the filtered one, to help get a milder version of the filter.

I frequently use the "bright shade" filter to improve dark pictures.

I do all kinds of VP stuff... usually will start with a preset filter and then mess with the settings until I get something I like. And then after I've applied VP, I'll still go in and adjust the brightness/contrast settings. I like Halo, Natural Portrait and Cinnamon.

I love Reminiscing right now. I play around a lot. If I don't quite like the color of a tint, I'll pick up a color in a paper I'm using and adjust until I like it.

I like them all and have used each one at least once - it really does depend on the picture I'm playing with. I like being able to use Copper, Cyanide, and Lavender that give tints to match papers or elements I want to use instead of picking papers to match the pictures.
