Excuse me if this is inappropriate I wouldn't think it was, but then again I don't think things through.
I know I find a love of tutorials for psp and photoshop that I want to have copies of on the computer because it'd be cool to work on a few offline, and not rely on a website OR what if I'm working on a tutorial and that website goes down or closes?
Well I found a free program called PDF Creator that saves files into pdf format. It'd be perfect for saving tutorials
After you install it, you open a tutorial or file you want to save. Then click to print (In internet explorer you click file > print) and when the printing box pops up you change the printer to pdf creator and click ok. It turns the webpage into a pdf!!!
Its here:

I downloaded the one under PDF Creator 0.8 and I have windows XP sp2:
Download PDFCreator-0_8_0_GNUGhostscript.exe 7561382 427243 i386 .exe (32-bit Windows)
And it works!!! I just tried it. It works with other programs too. I really hope this helps someone like it's helped me.
