1 cup mandarin oranges
1 cup well-drained pineapple tidbits
1 cup marshmallows
1 cup sour cream
1 cup coconut

mix and refrigerate

YUMMM!

Laurieg, I made your ambrosia recipe and ate it ALL WEEKEND LONG! I did make one substitution...I used red seedless grapes in place of the marshmallows. It was GOOOOD! Thanks for a great recipe!

One of My Favorite EASY Recipes

Okay, technically this really is only two main ingredients...you'll have to come up with at least three different dry seasonings. Salt, pepper, garlic powder? You choose!

Crockpot BBQ Pulled-Pork

1 pork roast (only buy the cheap cuts, don't spend your money on the expensive stuff)
1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce
dry seasonings

Spray inside of crockpot with cooking spray. Place roast into crockpot and sprinkle with whatever dry seasonings you want (salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, etc. ANYTHING GOES!) Pour barbecue sauce over seasoned roast and cook on low all day (8-12 hours depending on your crockpot). When tender, take two forks and shred the meat, mixing it into the sauce. Serve shredded pork on sturdy buns. Enjoy!
