4x6 photo album gift

I just made a gift album for my daughters teacher. I simply made the layouts in 4x6 size and then put them in a 99 cent album from Michaels. I wanted something the teacher would treasure that would be durable and not too big since I am sure she gets lots of things. It came out really cute and best of all the pages are protected from anything that might happen in a second grade class room.
I just wanted to share the idea with everyone.

Sandra

PS.
If anyone wants pictures, I can post some.

Okay, Here are some pictures of the album. They aren't the best pictures. I had to have dd hold the album and she wouldn't stop moving so they are a bit blurry. If I use the flash there was a really bad reflection since the casing is plastic.
Anyway, these are just a few of the pages. It's 22 pages in all. At the end I had dd write a thank you letter to the teacher and I also wrote one to her.

TFL!

OH!!! What a fun idea!

4x6 albums are awesome for quick fun books... I did one for the grandmas last year where I did a two 4x6 "layouts" for each month of the year and gave it to them at christmas as a retrospect of the year in their grandson's life.

Those are both sooo cool!! I'm making mini 3x3 albums as gifts for Christmas this year. I've been using the extra on the bottom of a page that I print (when printing my 12x12's at 8x8) and then I'm going to make my own little book. When I get the first one all made, I'll make sure to post some pics!!

Great job both of you!!
