SAHM

How on earth do you find the time to scrap?

I stopped working in the middle of May - I am exhasted all day from running after Kamika. Where does she find all this energy? And she has turned into a little mishief maker. Do you think the terrible twos are here? She is almost 18 months.
By the time I put her to bed, I can barely keep my eyes open, and switching to scrapmode is the last thing on my mind..

This is the hardest job I ever had to do, well done to all the moms who are sahm's!! I dont regret it, I LOVE spending all my time with Kami. I just need a few extra hours in the day.

When do you scrap? When the babes are sleeping??

well when madison was younger she needed more personal attention from me more in the day. now my comptuer is int heliving room so i can get up and down and clean and cook and play and watch her through out the day. i get most of my work down at night when she sleeps though or when daddy is home to help.

but now she can go potty and get her own water and all that on her own ( not that she'd ask me for help anyway) but she is abotu to turn three in a few days. I don't know every kid is different. i spend as much time as i can with madi. we play a lot and go on walks play in the yard and all that. she likes to wake up and watch nick jr in the morning and that's some cleanign time for me usually.

I do the bulk of my computer time when my youngest (14 months old) is sleeping. I can get a few emails answered or do a quick scan of the board when he is awake, but it means that he will be in my computer room destroying the place while I work.

So after lunch the little one naps and my oldest (who will be 4 in July) usually watches a movie or plays quietly. I can usually squeeze in an hour or two of uninterrupted scrapping. Then after the littlest one is asleep I try to get some more done. I find that I don't want to watch tv with dh or go to bed very early if I'm inspired.

We recently got a laptop. So I might start trying to scrap while I'm supposed to be supervising play. I'm not sure how well that will work out but it's worth a try.

Also I find that though I'm a SAHM I don't stay home much. There's preschool, playgroups, swim lessons, going to the gym and just getting everyday errands taken care of that keep us hopping around town alot.
