I just wanted to say how much fun I have at the Speed Scrap Challenges. I want to encourage everyone to join the fun. If you are like me, who was afraid I wouldn't get done in an hour or that my LO's aren't as good as some of the rest, please don't think that way. For along time, I would connect to go to the chat room, but would never connect. I was scared that I would not fit in. When they announced the 24 hour scrap, I decided to make myself go. I hadn't done anything for me in such along time. So even though I was scared, I connected to the 24 hour scrap and had such a fantastic time. I even stayed for all 24 hours. Everyone that is involved with the scraps be it a participate or the moderator are so fun to be around and ever so helpful. Now I don't like to miss a Speed Scrap. So if you have been debating to join us or not, please take the plunge and join us. You will have so much fun.

I second her post! No matter what level you're at or how many people you (don't) know, the Speed Scraps are so much fun and a great way to get an LO done on a day when you think you might not have otherwise!

I, also, didn't know anyone very well from this board and decided to do the 24 Hour Crop on a whim. I was worried that I wouldn't fit in or that my real personality would be 'too much' for some people... but none of those worries proved true in the slightest!

I've made some friends, scrapped a lot of photos, and laughed... and what more could a gal ask for?!

Come on in tomorrow night for the next Speed Scrap! Vivian and I will leave the light on for ya.

I totally agree! Even if you can't finish in an hour it is still fun to join in and chat and scrap. It is so much fun. I was actually bummed today b/c I was in the mood for a speed scrap. I encourage anyone to atleast try it! What do have to loose, an hour? -Ali

Like ashmark, I was really scared at first, too. But I realized something about myself thru these speed scraps. I work better under pressure, LOL! And they are totally fun. AND, you get to know more ppl...make new friends... I wish I could join in again! My internet was down ALL DAY Monday making it impossible to join in Monday's. And todays is at night. (Which is really hard b/c I can't speed scrap when my hubby's home...) *sigh* It's been awhile, but hopefully soon I'll finally get to join in on one again...
