I hear ya - I'm also able to relax a whole lot more without DH around!

I think it helps keep a marriage healthy to have some separate acctivities!
Having said that, DH and I are joining 11 other couples and going on a three week motorcycle ride to Whitehorse, Yukon. we are hitting all the hot spots and touristy things to see along the way, then heading over to Alaska. We will be there for the summer solstace...meaning nearly 24 hours of sunshine!
It's all planned out, out hotels are all booked and we are getting excited! the only down thing is that I only get one bag!!! No trailers this trip! Rats!!! Ted says all the ladies are in the same boat, so who cares? Nobody has other than "Hair by Honda" anyways! LOL

We are moving! We are moving from the east coast - New York, to Brownsburg, Indiana..very near Indianapolis!!! It will be a very big change for us as both my husband and I were born and raised here, and fully expected to raise our children here...but when the handwriting's on the wall, there's no looking back!

Our daughter is Deaf, and Indy has one of the top programs in the country for bilingual-bicultural Deaf education, so there was no question...this is where we need to be for her! And all the pieces are just falling into place. Steve still needs to find a job out there and we still need to sell our home here, but when it's right, it's what you need to do, you just have to trust God to take care of the details. So we are!

Indy, here we come!
