Okay this is going to sound stupid ... I actually still have to go out and buy a crock pot because I don't have one ... but my question is, how long do you cook it for? And how hot do you have the crock pot on?

The truth is ... I'm hopeless in the kitchen. Hoping to improve though!! This roast sounds easy and delicious!

I have a recipe that I haven't tried yet, but my friend swears by, so I'll share. It's not a crock pot recipe but she said its a very simple chicken pot pie and her family loves it.

3 pieces of chicken (cooked and chopped)
2 cans cream soup (she uses chedder/broccoli)
chopped vegetables (cooked)
Pilsbury crescent rolls (2)

Cook chicken and cut into cubes.
In a 9 x 11 pan, pour cream soups over chicken.
Mix in cooked vegetables.
Cook in oven 30 mins at 350 degrees.
Unroll pastries and lay over top. Cook until pastry is golden brown.

Here is one so easy, you'll love it. I often take this to pot lucks too!

1 pkg frozen meatballs (thaw in microwave about 5 min)
1 can cranberry sauce
1 cup salsa (as hot or mild as you like)

Just dump everything in the crock pot and stir. It cooks up nicely on low in about 4 hours.
p.s. anything you can bake in the oven, you can cook in a crock pot...just increase the time. I have even made a chocolate cake in the crock pot!
