What are your petpeves?

Ok the point of this thread it not to go all whinnying whinnying... but just to share the silly things that bother you to know end. So I will start off...

People parking in front of my house.... Now i can cope when they are visiting my house but when the vehicle is uninvited it is more than I can handle This is not a new thing for me I have been this way since i was a child... I dont know why... but the same goes for me when visiting other peoples home I can only park in front of there home... I know what can I say ...

So what made me think of this well the teeny bop-per next door is having a little shindig so my house is flooded with cars. I told hubby that if it was legal i so would put up no parking signs LOL

Well the biggest one for me is this: After heavy snowfall, we have 24 hours to clear the sidewalks, etc and being we are on a corner lot, this entails a lot of snow to move. We even had a backhoe come by and remove all the snow from the curbs.....THEN the grater comes along and fills it all in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!! You should have seen me with steam coming out of my ears shovelling to beat sixty clearing it out again! Wonder I didn't have a heart attack!!! It didn't help that DH almost said "I told you not to get the backhoe in here just yet..."

My biggest petpeeve?
My DH is coach and trainer at the soccer club where my son is playing. This morning he received dead threads from 1 of the kids in his team and from his father....And we're talking about a 13 yr old...

He spends hours and hours preparing trainings, reading books, making phonecalls arranging things for these kids, Truly I can not believe some parents and the lack of educating their children has come to this point.....

I totally share in your pain... I live in a bend in the road and along comes the plow strait into the bend strait at my house and i end up with a mountain of snow at the end of my driveway ... I then have to dig myself out... But where do you put 4 feet of packed snow... it is like and ice mountain.

ok ok another one for me... ( yes i have alot hehe) personal space... I cant stand it when i am in a line and i can feel the person behind me they are so close...

Is it rude to ask them to step back? I am trying to teach my girls that is not polite to get so close... I have even said it loud so that maybe someone else in line will get the hint... hehe

Jess, BOTH of yours are way big pet peeves of mine too! (we even have the teeny bopper next door too and her BF comes to visit and instead of parking in front of her house or her driveway, he plants his big ol' truck right in front of our house...GRRRRRRRRR)!
But I will think of some of my own too! Yeh, LOTS of things irritate me!! LOL!!

oh, I have tons of pet peeves. Mine often involve the kitchen. One small one is that I can't stand it when someone makes a peanut butter sandwich and leaves a whole glob of peanut butter on there. How are you supposed to get it off? If you wipe it with a sponge, it just gets all mashed into your sponge, and if you rinse it off with hot water it wastes so much water getting it off of there. yes, I am crazy.

Another is dirty socks. I find my kids dirty socks all over the place, including occasionally on the kitchen table. YUCK!
