How are the 'losers' doing?

So girls it's check in time!!!

did we drink enough water this week?
did we move around enough this week?
did we all eat plenty of fruits and vegetables?
Did you make it to your losing goal this week?

Come on tell us about it

For me I've lost my goal for sure. At this moment I lost 5,4 kilo. almost 11 pounds. i'm so proud of myself. As far as moving around biking every day a little bit, walking a lot, and offcourse lots of fruits!
No more sodas only water and even coffee without sugar...yeah it tasted weird at first, but now i'm used to it.

Woohoo! Way to go Carin! i've only lost 3 pounds since the new year began, but I'm not giving up. I've been counting my Weight Watchers points all week and exercising at least three times (plus an hour of yoga on Mondays), but I missed my Monday yoga because of MLKing day and I've been a bad eater this weekend. Tomorrow starts another week.

Good for you for getting out and walking and riding Carin. I will be so happy once the layer of ice on the ground melts so that I can get out my roller skates again!

Drank lots of water, didn't really exercise other than climbing the mountain of laundry, washing, folding and putting it away. Haven't weighed my self this week either but I feel like my pants fit better so I'm going with that to keep myself motivated. I even pampered myself with shaving my legs (haven't done that since DH left four months ago . EEEK!), mani, pedi and facial. Resisting the urge to stop the laundry and scrap yet anothe rpage with For the Love of...

Ugh! I think I need to join you. I guess since my son is now 3 I can't blame it on "baby weight" any more. Oh well. I actually worked out this morning for the first time in ages. Also been drinking lots of water. Something that worked for me after the birth of my oldest son was to write my weight down on a calendar as well as the amount of time I worked out that day. It got to be very motivating, because I could see that working out was making a difference in my weight. I have also kept food diaries, but that one's a little more difficult to remember to do.
