I just started a food diary yesterday. I am doing it for weight loss/health but also because I think I have some food allergies/sensitivities that are causing me some issues. I think that I'll try adding the exercise and weight too for the extra motiviation.

Lawanna. I've been blaming the baby too and she is 3 1/2.

I love my food diary, I must admit the first week I was terrible at it. But now it's a sport to eat yummy without losing to much blocks. My diary has a list of calorie points in the front. And is so easy. Each day has his own page, with tiny bocks. and a sandwich is 8 blocks, so you just stripe away each day. So easy and I'm hooked to my diary now.

I should scrap about it hahahaha

It's been a week of dieting for me already. I'm not going to weigh myself in the early weeks, but I know that I would like to lose thirty pounds. I have had no desserts or candy and am eating modestly. (No desserts or candy is HUGE for me because all I did was stuff my face full of sweets all day. . .and night.) Congrats to all you "losers" so far!

so girls are we still on track here? I'm at 13 pounds lost now, only 2 more pounds and I'm allowed to buy new digi supplies again. Yihaaaa.

Today I went into town cause I really needed new shoes, and I came home with 2 new jeans in a smaller size. That was totally fun. I am so proud that I can wear a smaller size!!!!
And next to those jeans there needed to be new shirts as well offcourse. DH said I looked dang hot in my new clothes. He actually blurted it out while there where other woman trying to fit into clothes and patient hubby's waiting, so that was worth a giggle for sure

anyways no new shoes yet, cause I couldn't find what I wanted. But with all my new clothes, who cares what the shoes look like hahahaha
