Losing it Check in Januray 21st

Looks like everyone is doing verry well... We all seam to have a bit more of a handle on the cravings.... So I was thinking goals for this week we all keep talking about getting some exercise in ... so this week lets actually do it.. .Nothing big. for all I care a few laps up and down the stairs or a walk to the mail box will do... any thing that you usually would not do.....


I have my exercise done for today I just shoveled the snow... and later when the ice melts some I have to go and scrape all the ice off of the driveway... SO I think that will do for today... what about you?

Today is usually my yoga day, but with the holiday it was cancelled! UUUGH, so, of course, I'm doing nothing. I did go for a two hour walk yesterday. It was about 25 degrees out and windy and cold, but oh so gorgeous. Pictures on my blog.

I'll exercise tomorrow. LOL!

Well i'm doing okay, walking with the dogs a lot and still monitoring my eating habbits. I've lost 9 pounds so far.

At the moment I'm feeling very snottery and sick so that will be easy when it comes to eating habbits, nothing tastes nice anyways now

You girls are soing so well you are making me feel bad. Gonna get on the treadmill first thing tomorrow

I did eat a pretty healthy dinner tonight though, so that counts for something, right?

Just a little tip... dont weigh yourself until you feel all better... maybe it is just me but I was feeling sick all last week and when i weighed myself on my weigh in day it said that I had gained 3pounds...but i did it again when i felt better 2 days later and it said that i had lost 1pound... I remember this happening before so avoid weighing if you can.

Oh and WAHOOOOO!!!!!!!! on the 9 pounds

Everything counts ... If you take one more trip up the stairs or down the hall way than you usual do... that sooooooo counts.... Park farther away from the doors when you go to stores....Take stairs not elevators... ect.
