Oh, me too, I've been following my Weight Watchers on-line religiously the last three days. I splurged tonight (you get extra points to use as you wish during the week), by having one (yes, ONE) piece of pizza, and saved some more points for snacks over the weekend. I need to exercise, but it's just not happening, yet!

I had a daycare for 6 years and this is actually when I lost the most weight (45 pounds), because I was so so busy and on my feet all day long. One thing I did, was always feed the kids at the same times (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack). I don't know if that is doable for you, but I found that chewing gum or during lunch I would even wear those whitening strips on my teeth. The kids laughed at me and I kept from eating their tatar tots.
