Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency

Anyone watching this show on the Oxygen channel? Come on lisahoo...I know you're addicted to the tube like I am, LOL!!!

Anyway, just wanted to brag that I met one of the models from the show this past weekend here in Vegas. I was doing a little window shopping at the Fashion Show mall which is right on the Strip and I ended up running into John Stallings who was (if you're familiar with the show) was one of the models chosen for the 2Xist show in New York.

I noticed him and thought, well he looks familiar. Did I work with him? Go to school with him? Then it dawned on me...TV! I asked if he was a Janice Dickinson model and he said he was. I KNEW it! I apologized and told him that I couldn't remember his name...he introduced himself and we chit-chatted for a couple of minutes. He was really nice, very polite and seemed really excited about the show. He also mentioned that they're in talks right now for a second season. Had to laught at the tshirt he was wearing that said "Modelling is for Posers." LOL!!

Most impressive was he remembered my name at the end of our conversation (most people, including myself, forget names only ten seconds after meeting someone)!

The stupidest thing I did? Forgot to ask for a photo. ARRRGH! Yep, I had my camera with me. Yep, it had a fully charged battery. Yep, it had an empty memory stick. Sigh. Oh well.

OK, how did I get the reputation as the resident couch potato here? Oh yeah, I watch stupid shows and then post my silly thoughts and questions about them here....

Can't say I watch anything on Oxygen... and in my defense, I only got started watching Hell's Kitchen because I had a TON of ironing to do and there wasn't much to choose from on a Monday night!

But HEY, Zee, my compliments on finding a way to talk to really cute men!! LOL!

Too cool!

I swear I ran into Stephen King one day at Wal-Mart. LOL. Caden and I were walking in and Caden lost his shoe. He picked it up (his hat pulled low over his face) and handed it to me. He says, "good thing this isn't a Stephen King book huh?" I honestly didn't know what to say.

Thats the only remotely cool celebrity thing that has ever happened to me.

THAT is cool! I don't think I'd know Stephen King if I ran smack into him - how sad

OMG -- I wouldn't know what to say either!!!

One the one hand, a little creepy,
one the other hand, a little self-serving
one the other hand (we are talking Stephen King, so yes, 3 hands) VERY COOL!!!
