What kinds of shoes do you have? Just having a thought as i am getting ready to put on my cleaning the bathroom shoes. What kinds of shoes do you have?

My old keds become my

Cleaning the bathroom shoes
and another pair for mowing the lawn and yard work.

Then of course something to slip on to run the kids to school or fetch the mail before you are dresses of course lol

Work shoes something i can stand in for hours.

And then the i am so cool i cant believe i have such cool shoes shoes. These are the shoes that you always wanted but never thought you could afford ... but somehow you found them on a supper deal somewhere and snatched them up. I have 2 pairs like this my doc martin sandals found at a clearance store for less than halve of the original price and my doc oxfords found at a second hand store for only $3.00 I swearer the person never ware them i think they bought then and could not break them in lol but wahoo! for me

So do share what jobs do your shoes do ?

Well I am not such a big shoe woman like most seem to be...I do like Sketcher however now for the last few years. I am basically stuck on white with a little color. I think that comes from wearing Nikes with the old blue and red swoosh in the late 70's & 80's!!

I usually buy two new pairs of sketchers every spring and then my old ones get turned into my work shoes and I mean I wear them to the construction site, they are great on the roofs and don't become slippery when wet! But I have learned the hard way DO NOT attempt to kick a wall plate into place with either your toe or heel while only wearing tenny shoes, and when toe-nailing down a board watch out nails can easily go through the rubber soles and make you really wonder how to release yourself. I have had to resort too taking my foot out of the shoe until I got the nail removed and freed my shoe!!

Then I come home and wear them to mow the lawn, clean the garage ect.
I wear sandels almost everyday that I am not working and have about 6 pairs of them.
Depending on the weather I either have to wear sorrels (boots), tennis shoes, bedroom slippers or go barefoot to give the kids a ride to school in the mornings.
I never wear shoes in my house as I love being barefoot even in the winter in my house. I rarely have socks on!!
My favorite types of shoes to wear are my black leather boots, I have 7 pairs of them and wear them all winter long when I go out and in the summer if the occasion fits!!

Shoes, I remember those...a year ago I used to wear pretty shoes, heels and peekaboo toes, and kitten heels oh my. But then we bought a house to remodel and know I seem to wear my going to the house shoes more than anything. They are? I don't even know anymore some kind of tennis shoe that used to be nice but are now covered with paint, plaster, drywall dust, tile grout and adhesive and something else unidentifiable. And like Tracey i've learned not to put my poor toes in precarious postions--under a hammer comes to mind.

But I love wearing sandles and flipflops the rest of the time and in the house no shoes! I hate wearing shoes.

LOL I think i am one of the few people who cant stand not to have something on my feet. I always have socks on and most of the time if I dont have shoes i have slippers. I dont ware sandals becuse like i said i have to ware socks. The only sandals i have are my dock martins and though not totally fashionable the fact that i also do not ware shorts the socks kind of work with them...... and my personality or so my sis says ..... she could just be lying to me though LOL.

Jessica, I'm with you. At least socks all time, I can't stand barefeet, why? I have not clue, but I think my feet can be cold when it's 100 degrees out. My husband gets so mad because now I turned our 3 1/2 year old son into one who also has to have socks on all the time

Anyway, I have 2 pairs of tennis shoes and a pair of slip ons (to run to the mailbox or to the post office). And a casual/dress pair of brown shoes.

My sock thing comes from years of living in rentals. ( think lol ) Never quite sure what has been on the carpet icky :S And i think feet are nasty.... well except baby feet hehe :O

Shoes, I Love shoes!! My boyfriend says I have a problem!! I tell him nope theres no problem they all fit fine lol. Everytime I got to a wedding or something like that, the first thing I think of is oh new shoes. Like the wedding I have tomorrow, yep got new shoes for that. I use to love the wedge heel. Working in retail I needed a dressy more comfey shoe. Now that I'm not working anymore I love the strappy sandles with a nice 3 1/2" heel. A month ago I got a black pair, then yesterday a white pair, next will be brown, then ..... the rest of the colors lol
And my boyfriend thinks I have a problem
