Love my new shoes!

I am wearing my brand-spanking-new kicks - all weather sueded mocs in black from Lands End. I haven't stepped foot in a Sears in over a decade (longer?) but I tried these on and LOVE them!

Very comfy. Though they do make that squeak-squeak noise on linoleum flooring...

Anyone else tried 'em?

Anyone else not like Sears much but like Lands End? Thoughts on the merger?

I like that I can get Lands End stuff without worrying about shipping, returns, not being able to try it on, etc. But, for people like me who think of Sears as a major-appliances-and-tools kinda place, I wonder what the perception od LE is now?

Talking cool

Are those the ones Lands End sells for just $29.99, cause if they are ..... PLEASE let me know how they feel.

I have seen the advertisement for their $29.99 mocs and I want some so bad. I have problems with one of my feet swelling, so I need really comfortable shoes.

Enjoy them and I am one of those that has not taken a liking to Sears. But Lands End has some cool stuff. I just never ordered from them because of 'mail-order' mess as I call it.

yep, they are the $29.50 Land's End mocs - and they're great. I wore them for three days in a row, with jeans, with khakis and with black slacks and I liked how they looked and felt. Like you, I'm not big on mail-order, even though my mom is a junky. She's constantly returning things and it seems like such a h***le to me. Anyways, these were def. worth the 30 bucks and a trip to Sears. The sole is great and has a thick tread that should get me through lots of sloppy northeast weather this fall and winter.

My only complaint is that they are a little warm, but since I'm always too cold, that's OK!
