Need some sort of informational website - SBB Digital Scrapbooking Forums | Scrapbook-Bytes

Hi everyone! I know that I have seen these sites and I thought I had bookmarked one, but I can't for the life of me find it.

I'm looking for a site where I can plug in a year and find out what the popular movies/songs were, who was president, who died/was born, the cost of gas/milk/etc., important events, and other types of this kind of info for that particular year.

I need to find a website like this pretty fast for a project I'm working on.

Anybody KWIM?? Pretty please, with a cherry on top?

try typing in something like time capsule/day in history...I did a search for events in a certain year awhile ago but do not have a clue how I found the place I was at...
