Question Hope to find my relatives in Canada..

Hi everyone!

I`ve been hanging around here for some time, but this is my first thread..
First of all, this is a great site! Many of my net-pals from Norway hang out here too.

For some time now, I have tried to find my relatives in Ontario, Canada. Elisabeth and Laura Crawford. They are sisters, 25 and 29 years old. Somehow we lost contact, and I don`t have the new adress. Most of all, I wonder if Elisabeth is still alive, because of her cancer. I haven`t heard from them either, so now it`s 9 years since we spoke/wrote to each other. They came to visit me here in Norway in 1989 by the way!

The search till now, have been like a needle in a haystack.. I don`t know where to search!
So, if anyone knows about a site I can use to my search, I`ll be very greatful!

I`m very sorry about my bad english...

You probably have tried the obvious but Canada411 (just google it) will let you search for a phone number all across Canada.

Hello and welcome to Scrapbook-bytes. I was recently in a search like this of my own. I was searching for my half sister (my fathers daughter) whom I had never met and my dad had given for adoption as an infant. My search was complicated as I didn't even know her name or her mother or father's name. I did eventually find her though!

My search was a bit different because I didn't have names or anything like that. I would recommend doing a search in a white pages listing, looking through newspapers in the area that they may have lived, and doing a simple google search for their names.

Best of luck to you, I know how stressful this can be.
