Wow! I think I have had enough of the whole sick baby thing. Not to complain but twice in two and a half weeks. We just barely had the carpets cleaned. This one is different. Since this last Thursday we have gone through 160 diapers with a visit to the doctors office when Haeley's temperature sky rocketed to 105. It was a bit scary, and I don't get scared. My dad is a LifeFlight pilot and my mom is a nurse. I've heard it all. It's so sad to see a little one in pain. All I wanted to do was take it for her. What a weird summer. The nurses said usually the illness stuff slows down in the summer but not this year. Ahhh....and today is our 4th Wedding Anniversary. He's out of town today doing a financial seminar for senior citizens in Provo. But! I sent him flowers at the office this morning while he was still there. And he is taking me to the Cliff Lodge this Friday for the weekend. He even arranged for a baby sitter already. Yahoo!!!!!!!!!!
I think we both need a break. I just hope Haeley doesn't make someone nuts while we are away.

you guys didn't travel to australia and visit shelleyrae did you?? they're all sickie wickies too. hope she's doing better and you enjoy your anniversary trip!! Ü

Aww Laura I know how you feel! We spent last night in hospital with Aleah (7 months) broncholitis ..she needed oxygen and had a temp of 39.9C It was very scary But we are home now and she is much better. My hubby, older dd and I also have the flu so it's germ city here

I know I'm not a person who scares easily when it comes to my kids getting sick but when that temp rises I get scared. That is the one thing that can do damage fast. I hope everyone is feeling better -- Take care!!

Aaaaaaaw, Laura, that is rough!!! I hope little Haeley is doing much, much better and that everybody in your house is done with these sickies for a long, long time!!! Happy anniversary!!!!!!!!!! I hope you have a fantastic weekend, girl!!

Sorry to hear about your sick baby. Time at the Cliff Lodge is just what you need! We went there for our anniversary last year. You will enjoy it. We are going to Deer Valley to celebrate our 13th anniversary this weekend. Aren't the ski resorts great this time of year? Especially when it's been such a hot summer.
