The movie "A Walk To Remember"

got me to thinking about a list of goals/aspirations.... Things to accomplish in my life.

Do you all have one of these lists?

I do not, but think that I should start one!

If you have one, could you include a few of the things (if they aren't too personal) that are on your list?

this would make a great challenge .

i don't have one... yet. i'm planning on working on one for my book of me.

dh and i both have one. written in ink no less, so we gotta do 'em!
can't remember most (or find it at the moment) but...
some are snorkeling (done), skydiving (done), see sharks in the wild (done), dolphins (done), see games at all 30 MLB baseball fields (23 out of 30 done), be a sahm (done), bahamas (done), see a volcano (done), see alligators (done again and again...), canoe the 100 mile trip thru the everglades. (dh started alone, but came back and we'll do it eventually)
and still to do...
snorkel the great barier reef, grand canyon, alaska, you know all the things we'll never be able to afford again.

Boy oh boy do I ever have a list. Lucky for me being in the travel business cause most of my list is places to see and things to do.

The ones I have crossed off my list are ...

climbing Diamond Head (had to throw my sneakers away when I came back down)

Climbing to the top of the Acropolis in Greece. (what a view)

Swimming with the dolphins at Xcaret in Mexico

Walking from Eilat, Israel into Egypt. (8 checkpoints and a thorough body search (that part was fun) but the walk at night was much too scary. If I had to do it again, I would NOT.

Seeing Prince Charles and the Queen up close at Buckingham Palace. His car was better looking than he is. Lol

Now the to do list is very long and I am aging rapidly so I must get busy soon.

1. Dying to go to Australia and New Zealand

Absolutely have to do an African Safari, you ever hear of the one done by Hyatt Resorts? Where your tent is decorated like a Hyatt? That's the one I want to do cause my idea of roughing it is not having room service.

Then I think maybe Tahiti would be a nice vacation. Did Fiji but hear Tahiti is to die for......

Oh so many places, so little time, so little money.....but dreams are good and that's what keeps me going on a daily basis.
That and my BEAUTIFUL grandaughter Melanie and my daughter Laura and my son Larry. Tfl

I've done a 10K and stuff, but I'd love to go for the gusto --

and margie, have you been to a diamondbacks game yet? my dad has season tickets 2row right behind first base -- we'll get ya a deal --

grand canyon is a 3 hour drive from the ball park -- i'll go w/ya -- take the grand canyon railway it's so fun --

hmmm, what else do i want to do -- I do so much for the kids, i need to focus on what I really want and not feel guilty about wanting it for just ME!!!

but the marathon is a big thing...

think of how many hours ALONE that would be lol

i'll think of more and get bac to ya....
