Tate starts back (1st grade) on Aug. 19

I am soooooo sad! The summer has gone WAY too fast!!!

Around here in Kindergarten they go all day, every other day, so this year will be a real change, being all day, every day

I am at the school A LOT, but still

Sometimes I think I am in the minority, so many moms I know CAN'T WAIT for school to start!! I can! Make my summer longer!

cody starts preschool the week of labor. he's only going three days a week, half a day- but still! it's school! i can't believe that he's old enough to be going .

Oh tina, i am so with you... i hate to have my kids go back to school, but as much as I'm there, heck it shouldn't be a big deal -- lol

and this year I noticed they need help with the cl***room scrapbooks -- GEEEEE I MIGHT just want to help out on that -- lol

and they need people to take pictures for the yearbook -- gee I don't KNOWWWWWWWWWW

I'll be there all the time -- but that won't stop me from being here too, so don't get any idea that I'm going away!!!

my kids start school TOMORROW!!!!! but it's nice cause there school schedule is 7:30 - 12:30 so we'll be home just after lunch!!!!

I"m excited for this schedule.

I'm going to miss being able to keep my eyes open past midnight -- lol

I don't have any kids going to school either now. I sure wish I did. What an exciting time. But I get to enjoy it the same. I live right next to the school. I can look out my front door and watch or even walk over there. The first day of school is very exciting and I enjoy watching the younger ones as they get off the school bus.
This will be a little different this year. My grandson is going off to kindergarten hopefully. He says he isn't going because he doesn't want to be Charles. His name is C.J.(which is his nickname). We are trying to convince him that he only has to learn to write his whole name that he can be C.J. He is so cute. He says he don't want Charles at his school. So C.J. is going to school and Charles is staying home for a few days. Makes me wonder when Charles gets to go? LOL

Aug 18th here in TX and after this move stuff I'll be glad for school to start! LOL. Actually, it will just get busier starting next week with High School football practice and pee-wee football practice at the same time and days. Anyone wanna volunteer to be my double????? hehehe
