Tid-Bytes Ezine tutorial - stitching?

I heard that there was a past issue of the Ezine that had a tutorial by Shelleyrae for creating a stitched effect in DIP9 - something about using text & stamping a circle??? Does anybody know what issue that tutorial was in, or is that tutorial posted somewhere?
