In traditional paper scrapping, I admire the look of torn paper edges that curl up. I have followed tutorials for torn paper, but never can get that great (dimension) look of paper curling up on the page. Perhaps it just can't be done with a computer.

Clutter Queen , you dont say which version but if its DIP7 or DIP 9
Insert > Shape > Square
Fill with colour of choice ( from paint icon palette or Effects>Fill with colour or picture)
Remove Line ( click on the line picture icon, click more>click none)
Use handles to stretch square to a rectangle of desired width and height on the page.
Edit>duplicate , reposition and change colour if desired.
When you have the stripe pattern you want to repeat,
Group together and then duplicate over and over to fill page. If its just a two toned stripe pattern. Fill the background with choice and then position 3 or four stripes as desired and then group and duplicate to fill.
Hope that helps!

Andy, do a search in this forum section or filter frenzy thread for porcelain - there is a free filter by Xero which will give you the effect you are after.
