Making and saving a 2 pg layout?

How do you make and save a two page layout in DIP 7? I have only been making one page layouts but the next set of picutures requires a two page spread.

Create a Document 12 X 24 and then cut it in half for printing or you can create 2 separate 12 X 12 layouts and line them up together on screen.
