just got DIP9 and I'm playing around with it. I haven't tried to print yet so I'm not sure if they show up on a printed page but....
There are black lines around every shape that I add to a page. Is there a way to get rid of those?

To get rid of the lines around your shape in DIP9, follow these steps:

Click on your shape
Go to:
Format > Shape or Line > Line Thickness
Select None, then OK

If you have applied any filters, shadows, etc to your shape, this option will no longer exist. From there you would need to use the magic want to select the color line from the outline and do a "ctrl-x" to cut and remove the line.
