xero has a new set (set 4) of filters for download, well new to me, unsure how long they have been available!
there is one included, called "soft vignette". from the example shown on the site, it looks like there is an option where you can do somewhat of a background blur! this would be really cool !
i havent gotten to play with it yet (still have to go back and dl it , lol). just thought i would let you guys know.

I've had set 4 for about a month or so. There are so many different effects that can be make with them. Definitely worth downloading them. The solft vignette filter with settings on "solarise" and "eliptical" is really nice for showcasing something in the middle of the photo. For example, a photo of a single flower.
