Angry I feel so left out!

There apparently seems to be a big trend going on with these incredible brushes and some amazing LOs have been produced using them. I am kind of in the dark as to what they are, though. My small amount of research has led me to the conclusion that DIP9 users aren't able to use them. Is that true? Does anyone know if we can use them or at least something similar? What exactly are they? I hate missing out on an opportunity to experiment with something really fun!

Thanks,
Lisa

Brushes are kind of link the stamp feature in DIP, except for you have a lot more control over color, size, opacity, etc. I'm not sure if the PSP users can use them or not...but I sure love them in PS!
