color matching for text in MSDIP

I enjoy using this program but one feathure puzzles me. When I insert text, go to fonts, it offers the usual default color drop down & "more colors". It is very difficult to try to match one of the colors onscreen with the color in your image. The medicine dropper is available for everything else except the font colors. Am I missing something? It would be great if the medicine dropper would work with fonts.

Click on the text box so it is active, then go to Effects->Fill With Texture or Color->More Solid Color Choices.

You can then use the eye dropper to choose from something onscreen for your color.

You do not have to have the text highlighted, just have the text box active.

You can also fill text with pictures this way - which is pretty cool. You want to have big chunky letters to do this. If you want a different picture on each letter - make sure you put each letter in a seperate text box.
