Well.. supposedly the product was not doing well in the market compared to all the other paint programs so MS decided to pull the plug. Rumor has it that Vista paint will have most of the DIS features for the SP1 or SP2 release.. but that's unconfirmed. Other rumors say the free Paint.net will be moved in to take its place.. it has most of the features of DIS and is currently free.. worth checking out!
