Shadowing in DIP

Any suggestions for creating realistic shadowing in DIP? I get so frustrated with creating shadows

The trick is to use the advanced options - try this tutorial here for 2 options

Ok, I tried the tutorials and I learned something. The key to shadowing in DIP is Eyecandy 5!!!! All the layouts that I had done except for shadowing (and that was quite a gew) are now finished! It was so fast and easy. YEAH!!
