Question

Any way to add custom gradients?

I already understand how to do the two tone. I guess I'm asking if there's a way to add more multi-color gradients such as appear in the first option?

As Kim said nope

But you can fudge it a bit - pick a gradient and use the Hue and saturation tool to play with the colors.
