Will tutorial for Pro work for Suite?

I am sorry i am asking such dumb questions here but am very confused here. I am generally getting the picture now and understanding but i guess this is the last of my not knowing questions. Thank you all for helping me.

Most of them will. DIP 7 doesn't have a marquee tool but there are workarounds such as the Edgefinder and the Freehand Trace tool you can use instead. If you come across a particular tut that uses the Marquee tool, let us know and we'll see if we can give you an alternative method to achieve the same thing.

so then a quick response would be is that image and pro are the same ....... so it dont matter which i buy, digital image9 or pro 10 ? julie

I would choose 10 over 9. There were a few impovements in 10. The only difference between the Anniversary edition and 2006 Suite is that you get discount coupons in the Anniversary edition and they removed to ability to use RAW format.

I would recommend the 2006 SUITE. Don't get 2006 STANDARD. The Library isn't included and you can't use plugins in it. The STANDARD version is a very dumbed down version. Either go for 10 SUITE or 2006 SUITE.
