Archiving

When I archive, I always end up with a full DVD... every time. Isn't each archive supposed to take only what hasn't already been archived? Is there a way to make sure it does that? I now have multiple archive DVDs of the same kits, pictures, and layouts with a little added because I have more stuff saved, but it always saves the entire thing. Am I doing something wrong?

Also, I know DVDs hold way more than CDs, but if by chance I have to use these to reinstall all my stuff, am I going to lose quality or totally lose data?? By now I should know this but it's sort of the last thing I really think about...

Not sure about that. I don't archive via the Library. I just burn my files onto DVD via Nero and then add them to the library. Shelleyrae will be able to answer your question better than I though.

Nope - they will be just fine

>>Isn't each archive supposed to take only what hasn't already been archived?<<

You have to mark each file as archived for it to be excluded - you can do that by selecting a bunch of files or just one - right click and choose Mark as Archived - then they will be ignored next time you go to archive
