Glass Glare???

Does anyone have any suggestions how to best remove flash glare off glasses? Here's the layout, but if you want to play with the picture, I can send it to you. Thanks for any help - I've tried so many things....looks worse.

Hmm. use a diffuser on the flash or bounce it from the ceiling instead of straight on.. Also, you can raise the flash/camera above the glasses or ask the person to remove their glasses.

This is difficult because you have glare in both lenses.. and since you have glare, there is not information behind it to use as a means to mask it out. Your best bet would be to close some of the glass near it that doesn't have glare and to rebuild some of the eye that might get removed. If this is printed 12x12, your touchups won't be that noticeable anyway.

Good Luck.

SR.. I'd be interested in seeing your fix on the low res version... I'm curious how you handled the eyes.

It looks pretty good.. when you zoom in a bit you do see that her eyes are missing their corners but you won't see it unless you need to do a tight crop. Thx for sharing.

Good job Shellyrae! I practiced a little after I downloaded her photo. I used effects>paintbrush>freehand>more color choices>
customize paint settings. I then set the transparency to about 38 and used the smaller brush sizes to paint the colors in. Worked! (I have a grandson who has worn glasses since he was two and almost every photo he has taken of him has to be fixed)!
