Thank you ShelleyRae- I had no idea that my pics were printing at 72dpi. No wonder I wasn't happy with my printouts of my layouts. I just thought it was my camera (3.2MP), although I knew that was enough MP to get at least a good 4x6. Changing to 300dpi on image size made a huge difference in clarity. WOW!

I've read about this a few times before and this time something finally clicked! Following Shelleyrae's explanation and sample was great. I had no idea that the pics from my cameras were 72dpi and 180dpi. My DIP is set at 300ppi because I learned to do that here. It's so nice understanding what I'm doing!
