Whats in DIP's shoebox file?

My shoebox folder has 815MB in it!!! Including 8 files of spyware...some of them which say CORE and some say PI...they say they open with Spybot a spyware removal program, but they really don't open. These files are spyware supplemental files. The largest of these is 128,000kb. Does anybody know if they can be deleted?

A google search came up with this:

.sbt file extension - Suberbase 4 Windows notes related to record

No idea what it is though

I've only got 11 megs in the shoebox folder but I did reinstall DIP a few days ago so that may be why I have less than you.

It could be the fact everytime that you open an element etc, it stores it somehow. I have my computer in safemode and it always asks if I want to open the file. Maybe I'll e-mail microsoft and find out.
