Making a calendar question?

I've started working on some calendar pages for a Christmas project. I have DIP 9. I've seen the "project" calendars that come with the program. Don't really care for those. I'm using kits to make my own. I have been using the copy and paste method on the blank calendar pages to get the days onto my LO. I'm really not happy with the look of that. It lets me change the color, but that's about it. I would like to change the font of the days of the week and the numbers. Does anyone know of another way to get the month grid on my layout? I'm doing one page for each month, not a whole year on one page. Maybe I can copy and paste from somewhere else outside of the program????

You could copy and paste from another source. If you have Word, you could use one of the calendar templates or make your own using the fonts you like. You could also just do it in DIP by starting with a blank canvas and adding text in your chosen font and placing where you want it. Flatten all the layers when finished and save as png. You could then place it on the calendar you are making. That would be a lot of work though cause you'd have to make 12 different ones.

I assume you have seen the tut for creating a calender here: http://scrapbook-bytes.com/cgi-scrip...icle_290.shtml.
All you need to do is us eteh blank calender template- choose your month and year. Then copy and paste only the calender part onto your new project and size as desired. Use the marquee tool to remove the days of the week and then type in font you want and position.
To change the font of the days the only option you have is to us e the transparency brush set to 100% and delete the numbers then replace them with your own typing.
