Please I'm am stressed over crash

Hello! My name is Mel and my computer went stupid......or worn out from sbing....lol. Anyway the hard drive, battery and RAM went out at one time....great......all was replaced but, now I am backing things up like never before. Sadly I lost my daughters grad pics and sr. prom....cried nonstop about that let me tell ya. So my question is, now that you understand the fear, is I want to back things up everytime I get something using my DIP10, Do you know if it leaves the disc open sessioned so I can continue to add to it? Such an easy question yet I can't find out about it anywhere........Please Help

Thanks,
Mel

To burn to disc I use Nero.. it has an option to leave the disc open for further additions or to close it..
Not sure if you have that option or not on your burning software...

If you mean you are using the Library to Archive your pictures then NO. I've never burned through the library before so I just tried it. I burned one folder from the Library and then tried to burn another folder onto the same dvd and it was ejected with the message that I had to use a blank. I only ever use Nero to burn.
