Glass Pebbles

Is there any way to make glass pebbles without using a plug-in?

Shelleyrae. I was going to email you and ask if you had any ideas. I'm also running out of ideas for tuts. I've been asked to do one for using Eyecandy but apart from that I'm also at a loss for new ideas.

I might have pass this one but I don't see anything about using the shapes with pictures or backgrounds. What I want to do is use a background with one of the shapes. Then take that shape and blend it with that same background with a mild shadow.

I'm not sure if I'm following you correctly or not but did you mean something like the attached file?

How do you make letter cut-outs from designer paper or pictures?

Susan,
Open your background.
Select the marquee tool to make your shape.
Click on the normal selection tool (blue diagonal arrow)
Now right click on your shape and "copy" then right click and "paste".
Keep your shape selected and go to Effects/Shadow. I chose "soft" and adjusted to suit.

Does that help?
