Can someone explain to me how you make scalloped edges?

I see this effect in many lay outs and I'm not sure if the ribbon comes like that or if this is something you have to do. I am using DIP 10.

In my one of my kits the ribbons have scalloped edges on them ,I do it by using a circle brush and adjusting the spacing so that the edges of the circles are just touching and then brushing them on a new layer under the ribbon.Hope that helps, Rebecca.

Oh gosh Rebecca that is so eas, why didn't I thought of that. I was looking at Shabby Princess's shoppe I saw some scallope ribbon. I was wondering how she did that. Now I know. So simple. Thank.
