I wish..

I wish there was some kind of tutorial or something out there where you could look at a chart of colors and just choose which one you liked and punch in the numbers instead of messing with the color wheel....I wish....

Maybe I am too tired or something but how are you supposed to use those RGB codes...I thougth you punched them in under the color wheel but that isn't working...HELP me please

Use the rgb codes in the paint bucket and the other codes are used on the colour wheel. The first number is the Hue then Saturation then brightness. Move the ball on the outside of the colour wheel to the colour you want and you'll see the number of the hue change. Use the arrows to adjust the saturation and brightness. It's a good way to get the exact colour you want.
