Pain in the eyedropper...

Almost every other time I use my eyedropper tool my DIP 10 crashes! It shouldn't be a memory problem - 1 gig RAM and 160 gig harddrive is what I'm running on. At least I've FINALLY learned to save after each and every change! Does anybody else have this problem? And does anybody have the link to John Inzer's DIP website? Thanks!

I love the title of your post! LOL

I have never had that problem...my suggestion would be to uninstall and reinstall it and see if there was some sort of installation problem

I haven't had that problem either. Maybe you could try removing the program, degragging, disk cleanup and then reinstall to see if that makes a difference.

To ask a question of John you go here http://support.microsoft.com/newsgroups/default.aspx
From teh panel at right choose English then Home Publishing Then Picture It and you can ask your question.

The first things he will tell you to do are:
Run Scandisk to check for corruptions and errors (all Windows OS have this so check your help file sif you dont know ho wto run it.)

If that doenst help then Uninstall - do a disk clean up and degrag and run scandisk and then reinstall DIP.

If that doesnt help then he may be able to make other suggestions.
