Undoing things

I know you can undo things by pressing the undo button....is there anyway to go back and undo something you did many times ago. For instance if you made a shadow but did that like right when you first started the LO and now want to undo it...is there any way to just go and choose to undo that action??? KWIM?
Thanks, Nancy

Only if you havent saved it in the meantime and are willing to hit undo until you get back to the shadow ..you can use undo about 99 times i think in a row.

As a hint for next time particulary with shadows try and leave shadows til last. Alternatively, duplicate the object you want to add a shadow to and add teh shadow. Group the two copies. If later you wnat to go back and change teh shadow you can just ungroup, delete the top shadowed duplicate and have the original underneath to add a shadow to again .

A while ago I wanted an easier way to work with shadows that I adjust and stuff after I applied them..so I cam here and started this thread Shadows in DIP. After trying out all the options that were given, I use the method that TSMom gave. It is flexible yet easy and gives me just the amount of shadow I like
