I was thinking more about journaling and I remember an article I saw in Memory Makers a long time ago. I cant remember the issue but it was such a wonderful project... I'd like to share it with everyone. It's about making a list of all the things you want to do in your life and then scrapping, documenting and journaling each one as it gets checked off. She made a list of each goal and after she accomplished it she gave each one its own page, Im not sure if she numbered them. She documented with photos, paper memorabilia such a diplomas or letters of congrats from other people. It was such a wonderful project... and it great for journaling.

Some of the things from my list, I could already check off:
1. Becoming a mother
2. Marrying a wonderful man
3. getting my Montessori certificate.
4. Buying my first home
5. Getting my drivers liscence, finally
6. Learned ceramics.

Some things on my to do list:
1. get my Bachelors degree
2. learn how to swim.
3. Go to the Caribbean.
4. Take my kids to Disneyland
5. Learn cake decorating.

Well, you get the idea. Anyone else like this idea? Do you have a list you would like to share?

Things you want to do in life are certainly worth scrapping when they're accomplished! Good idea to have a checklist. I can think of a number of things for that list--but gosh, I wonder if I could come up with 50?! Thanks for the idea

Jeez, I think I first heard of it as "101 things to do before you die"! Of course, they didn't all have to be huge things. My husband & I started a list like this in our journal on our honeymoon, but this is a great reminder to pick it up again....

I love the concept...I also like the title "101 things to do before I die". Could be a whole album with the list being first and photos of the accomplishments as you do them, or a story of how you accomplish each one.
