I love this recipe - its simple, yummy and perfect for both kids and adults alike! The only problem is I realized I didnt take any photos of it last year, and its too early to make it for photos now so there are no photos! But hey thats good news for you because ive turned it into Quickpage and you can download it from my blog!
Here is the recipe

Christmas Ice Cream Cake

4 litre creamy vanilla icecream
1 cup chocolate covered sultanas
1 cup red and green glace cherries
1 packet white choc bits
1 bottle of Chocolate Ice Magic
red and green sprinkles

Line a 5 litre freezer safe bowl with plastic wrap that comes over the sides and set aside.
Soften ice cream and add chopped glace cherries, chocolate covered sultanas and white choc bits and stir well. Smooth top well. Cover with plastic wrap and add additional cover with wrap if needed. Freeze for at least four hours.
To Serve:
Unwrap and turn out onto shallow plate, sprinkle generously with red and green sprinkles. Pour over Ice Magic and serve when hardened.

Am I allowed to cheat and use the recipe card I posted a few days ago?

Cinnamon Spritz Cookies

3 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp gound cinnamon
2 vanilla beans, halved
lengthwise
1 cup granulated sugar
3 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
2 large egg yolks
2 tsp ground cinnamon mixed with
4tsp granulated sugar

1. Preheat oven to 350. Whisk together flour, salt and cinnamon
2. Using tip of paring knife, scrape vanilla seeds into a large bowl and discard the pods. Add sugar, and beat with a mixer on medium for 3 minutes. Add butter, and beat until pale and fluffy. Beat in egg yolks. Add flour to mixture, and beat until just combined.
3. Attach a wreath disk to a cookie press. Divide dough in 3 portions. Fill press with dough. Press cookies onto baking sheets, spacing them 2” apart.
4. Bake until barely golden, 9-12 minutes. Immediately sprinkle cookies with cinnamon sugar. Let cool slightly, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely. Repeat with remaining dough. Cookies can be stored for up to 1 week.

Holiday Recipe

Here is a link to my recipe:
http://www.scrapbook-bytes.com/galle...0&ppuser=50643
It really is a yummy one!

Ingredients;
125g softened butter
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3 size 7 egg yolks
2 tbsp Kahlua
250g grated chocolate
1 cup chocolate hail
Directions:
Cream softened butter with brown sugar, egg yolks and Kahlua (add the egg yolks one at a time, beating well with each addition). Fold through the grated chocolate. Use both dark and light to give a mottled appearance when bitten. Chill the chocolate mixture in the fridge until it is firm enough to roll into balls. Coat each ball with chocolate hail, then store in freezer.
