Can they be calibrated at all? Mine has a beautiful image but the colors are off. Something that shows up as orange/rust on my desktop (and which prints out the same way) is showing up as medium to light brown on my laptop. And I can't find any information on how to do anything with the color settings.

they can be calibrated using all the latest calibration tools... but they will still be off compared to the latest pro LCD's or CRT's... again - it really depends on the extent of calibration you are looking for. As a pro photographer, I just cannot rely on a laptop screen for color editing... but the $900 LCD is spot on. For scrapping and general photo editing/viewing, if you calibrate using an eye one or spyder2 system, you'll get results that are very usable.
