Where and how do you send your 12x12 layouts online to be printed? Ive tried uploading to Costco site but it keeps changing it to a 4x6 and warning me not to print on 12x18 canvas? Do I save it as something else first? (jpeg vs gif) Ive also heard of others shrinking down layouts to 8x8 to save costs how do I do this?

Resizing to an 8x8 is done easily. Just save a copy of you layout in flattened JPG and then resize the layout to 8x8. (exactly where to find the tools for that depends on your program but its probabaly under something like Image Size)
