Help printing on Epson 2200 4x6 size....

I can't figure out whats going on. I am trying to print a 4x6 baby announcement on my Epson printer and it is cutting off the bottom, like the actually size is 6 1/4 inch. I have checked to be sure in PS that the Image size and the Canvas Size are both 4x6. Then I have verified that I have the borderless 4x6 paper checked in my printer dialogue box. I also checked to see if I had portrait orientation and I do (and even if that was wrong it would cut off a whole lot more of the image). I have checked the box to Scale to Fit to Media. Any ideas?

Are you actually using borderless paper? The printer needs a slight edge to grab on to. I may be wrong but I think even the borderless paper has a tear-off edge. For instance, you can print borderless 8x10 but the paper is actually 8-1/2 x 11. I'm sure someone will let us know if I'm wrong.

I am printing borderless paper. It is Epson so it should work with there printer which is sold as a borderless printer. Anyway it cuts off about 3/8 at the top and bottom and about a quarter on each side. It sure would be nice if they told you that. I thought I might be doing something wrong, but I've been over it so many times, I just think it's the way it works. I went back to my borderless photos and yes it cropped part off there too, but since there was no border I didn't notice it. Thanks for you help.
