image editing software..

There is plenty of image editing software out there but what software is the best for actually laying the pictures out and printing them ?

Josh, I'm afraid you're not going to get a simple answer to that one. There are 4 predominant proggies: Photoshop, Photo Impact, Paint Shop Pro and Digital Image Pro. Each one is fabulous and has a group of followers who will extol it's merits to the end! There are also smaller proggies made just for scrapping, but personally, I would stick with the larger ones, as they are more fully developed with many many more options and room for your growth as an artist- they will take you far beyond scrapping alone.

Yeah, and with a list of supported program files on that site I don't think Josh needs our input. Good try Josh. That's one site I won't be utilizing.
