corel printhouse 3

I have an epson 870 stylist printer and was able to use it to print out cards with corel using only 1 side of paper. Lately it will not print without comming up with a window for duplex printing and I can't do anything with it. Is this due to a need for updated downloads for the printer, or are there updated downloads for corel printhouse 3 or do I need to buy an updated version of the program.
